Fruit Yogurt Shake

This recipe couldn’t be easier! It’s quick, healthy and filling. I whip one up almost every day.

Fruit Yogurt Shake

  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 small bananas
  • Handful of strawberries, and/or blueberries or mango chunks

Blend and serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
