Oven Fries

A healthy alternative to French Fries, try these oven-baked fries with Chicken Breast Burgers (previous post).

Scrub several potatoes. Leave skin on and cut into french fry shapes or wedges. Toss in a bit of olive oil with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and paprika (to taste). Spread out in a single layer on a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350º for about 50 minutes, turning fries every 10 – 15 minutes til they’re cooked through.

    Yum! Delicious! I have to admit Ive always had a weakspot for fries but when i see the amount of oil used it makes me really concerned for my health. I think these could be a healthier alternative! great job! 🙂 Im following ur blog now hehe.
